Organization & Structure
         In the zone, there is a high efficient, clean-fingered and capable working team, who stick to the tenet of ‘service foremost, benefit of investors foremost’. As a representative organ of Beihai municipal government, Beihai Industrial Zone Management Committee executes municipal-level integrated authority and part of administrative authority. There are section offices in BIZ as Investment attraction Bureau, Comprehensive section, office, finance section, regulation section, enterprises management section and administrative service center.
          

Management Style
           The zone is managed in a close way: Manufacturers take charge of stuff within their fences and the BIZ Management committee will take care of stuff outside the fence. When an administrative department goes an inspection on the in-zone enterprises, BIZ management committee will get the notice in advance and arrange specified time for inspection and inform enterprises accordingly.
